Полная оплата производится при регистрации заезда.
• Политика возврата депозита:
При отмене бронирования за 60 дней или более до прибытия залог возвращается.
При отмене бронирования за 59 дней или менее до прибытия возврат средств не производится.
• Регистрация заезда и выезда:
Регистрация заезда: 15:30
Выезд: 10:30
Выезд из объекта недвижимости считается завершенным только после осмотра его общего состояния.
• Домашние животные:
Размещение с небольшими домашними животными разрешено, но это необходимо подтвердить при бронировании.
За уборку или возмещение ущерба может взиматься дополнительная плата.
• Залог за ущерб:
При регистрации заезда залог не требуется.

We had a very good week in this villa, which was a very luxurious accommodation. The highlight was definitely the spacious swimming pool. The view was phenomenal. The host was very friendly and the communication went easily. By arrival we were greeted by Victoria who was kind enough to send us all important information such as restaurants and activities in the area. -
We have spent a great week at this villa! The location is close to the beach, by car, close to the supermarket and coffee shop. We really enjoyed the quite location after spending the days at the beach! The pool was a great addition, as we enjoyed relaxing days without rushing to the beach! Victoria is great, she is very friendly and really did not bother us at all! The only thing I missed was a proper coffee machine, as it was a bit hard to drive each day to the coffee shop in the morning.

Awesome stay at this beautiful villa! Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The private pool was fantastic, and the peaceful location made our holiday truly relaxing. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back! 10/10
