Для подтверждения бронирования требуется внесение депозита в размере 35%.
Полная оплата производится при регистрации заезда.
• Политика возврата депозита:
При отмене бронирования за 60 дней или более до прибытия залог возвращается.
При отмене бронирования за 59 дней или менее до прибытия возврат средств не производится.
• Регистрация заезда и выезда:
Регистрация заезда: 15:30
Выезд: 10:30
Выезд из объекта недвижимости считается завершенным только после осмотра его общего состояния.
• Домашние животные:
Размещение с небольшими домашними животными разрешено, но это необходимо подтвердить при бронировании.
За уборку или возмещение ущерба может взиматься дополнительная плата.
• Залог за ущерб:
При регистрации заезда залог не требуется.

We had an amazing stay at Katerina Villa in Skala Fourka, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short 70-meter stroll to a gorgeous sand-and-pebble beach where you can easily spend the whole day relaxing or enjoying nearby beach bars and tavernas.The villa itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. Spread across multiple levels, it easily accommodated our group with comfortable bedrooms, reliable air conditioning, and a lovely outdoor terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening meals. The private garden and children's playground made it exceptionally kid-friendly, and having a BBQ area available was a huge plus for cozy family dinners.The local village center and supermarkets are close by, giving you the perfect balance of a peaceful retreat with easy access to shops and great restaurants. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing, hassle-free seaside getaway in Halkidiki! Ten stars all around
